Service fees

One-time service pricing

Base service fees

$500 base
One owner in a single-layer organization with no more than one lease.
$750 base

Either:

  • Two owners in a single-layer organization with no more than one lease.
  • One owner with a single nested organizational layer and no more than one lease.

Add-ons beyond the selected package's included scope

  • $150 per additional lease
  • $75 per additional owner
  • $200 per additional organizational layer or branch

An owner, lease, or layer included in the selected package is not charged again as an add-on.

Government filing fees and other outside costs

Government filing fees and other outside costs are separate, itemized pass-through costs and are not included in ExitWicket's service fee. Any fee that is not yet known will be disclosed when confirmed and approved before it is incurred.
